Milk feed 90,000 to 450,000 children or 35% of moderately and severely    malnourished kids through the School Milk Feeding Program.

Increase dairy cooperatives’ milk sales from Php50 million to Php202 Million.

Ensure an additional income for farmers of about Php12,000 to Php50,000 annually.

Benefit 1,000 dairy farmers and rural families through capability building and technology transfer programs.

Establish 4 milk processing plants and 7 milk collection centers nationwide.

Increase national milk awareness rate from 3% to 13% by 2004 through the National Milk Campaign.

Set-up 12 model farms and 8 model plants with waste treatment facility, among other infrastructures.

Commission 3 to 5 dairy industry researches annually.

Generate Php10.57 Million to Php23.61 Million income to augment corporate fund annually.
